As many of you may know our drummer Pastor Mike Rucker was re-assigned to Trenton Illinois to be Pastor at Trenton United Methodist church. Since that time Gary has also begun a new job and since he is the "leader" of the group we have been shelved. I am praying that things will change and that he and I can find a new drummer and begin the ministry again soon. I want to thank everyone for their prayers and please continue to lift us up to our Lord. Talents shelved are wasted talents and even though I am still very active in worship at Central Christian Church the ministry of Sinner's Bridge was one that could have been a great service in the kingdom.

In His service always
Mark - the bridgekeeper

Greetings in Christ,

The Lord is moving here on the Bridge!!

It is now March 2009 and I am editing this entry because it is as good now as it was last year at this time.

For those of you who were on the Emmaus walk #40 and were blessed by Gary's song "Once and for All", "At His Feet" and "Christ Is Counting On YOU" I have uploaded an extended sample of two of these songs on the sinnersbridge.com website and hope to upgrade them here in the very near future. If you have flash 9 you should have no problem accessing it.
These are from the 2004 Demo CD Gary recorded in Texas. If Gary is OK with this I will go through the CD and upload a few more of the songs for you to sample.

Please let us know what you think - your comments are always welcome and as always we covet your prayers.

Until next time

May God bless you and may you be a blessin to others!

Mark - The Bridgekeeper

Greetings in Christ,

Gary and I just returned from a Walk to Emmaus weekend where Gary was music leader. As in 2008, Gary shared many times with me how he was being blessed through the men and knew God was speaking through them to encourage him about his music ministry.
Gary ministered with three of his original songs that God has given him. (See previous blog) Many asked who the song was by and wanted the CD the song was on. This expression of love brought Gary to tears, we are all leakers around here, and confirmed what many of us has known for years, that Gary needs to focus on recording the songs God is giving him to be shared with this thirsty and needy world.

Sinner's Bridge - www.sinnersbridge.com

Keep us in your prayers!

His servant
The Bridgekeeper
